From the start, I could tell that the staff genuinely cared and everyone was friendly and welcoming, so I knew I was in good hands! My front side wheel arch on my car needed repair and they jumped into action right away and serviced my car in no time. Very impressed by their efficiency and attention to detail. What really stood out to me, though, was the level of care and customer service I received. The owner was very hands-on and you can just tell they take pride in their work and truly want their customers to have a positive experience. My car is in top shape again, and I'll definitely be coming back for all of my future service needs. WORD OF ADVICE PEOPLE - TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I have used many many mechanics in Perth, some are good and expensive, some are cheap and terrible. Workshop city is completely different, you get a level of attention with out a massive price tag. Honest guys with no fluff, they will tell you what you need and won’t rip you off or try give you stuff you don’t need. Quick service, easy communication and just honest guys. They know what they’re looking at, plenty of experience and knowledge. Very convenient location, neat and tidy workshop which is important, nothing worse than walking into a place that’s messy and dirty, if the workshop is clean it shows they take care of your car, Couldn’t recommend the lads enough! This 5 stars is for Jeremy at workshop city, more of a personal review then the business. I was sold a jeep and the same day I drove it home a fault light came on, it went into limp mode and after a long wait with the dealership, I was referred to Jeremy by them. Who, if it hadn't been for him I wouldn't have my jeep back and be able to drive today. After an extremely frustrating situation Jeremy made sure he did everything in his power to communicate with me and look after me. I felt like I was a problem or a burden being passed around and then he took over and I felt heard and even when he was sick and off work he replied. You're a legend Jeremy! Appreciate it. ~ Cass M

What really stood out was the transparency, they provided videos showing the parts that required replacement, which gave me full confidence in the work being carried out. You don’t often see that level of communication in another’s workshops The job was completed efficiently, pricing was fair, and everything was handled in a very organised and professional way. It’s not easy to find a workshop you can genuinely trust, but these guys definitely deliver both quality workmanship and great customer service.
