From the start, I could tell that the staff genuinely cared and everyone was friendly and welcoming, so I knew I was in good hands! My front side wheel arch on my car needed repair and they jumped into action right away and serviced my car in no time. Very impressed by their efficiency and attention to detail. What really stood out to me, though, was the level of care and customer service I received. The owner was very hands-on and you can just tell they take pride in their work and truly want their customers to have a positive experience. My car is in top shape again, and I'll definitely be coming back for all of my future service needs. This 5 stars is for Jeremy at workshop city, more of a personal review then the business. I was sold a jeep and the same day I drove it home a fault light came on, it went into limp mode and after a long wait with the dealership, I was referred to Jeremy by them. Who, if it hadn't been for him I wouldn't have my jeep back and be able to drive today. After an extremely frustrating situation Jeremy made sure he did everything in his power to communicate with me and look after me. I felt like I was a problem or a burden being passed around and then he took over and I felt heard and even when he was sick and off work he replied. You're a legend Jeremy! Appreciate it. ~ Cass M
