From the start, I could tell that the staff genuinely cared and everyone was friendly and welcoming, so I knew I was in good hands! My front side wheel arch on my car needed repair and they jumped into action right away and serviced my car in no time. Very impressed by their efficiency and attention to detail. What really stood out to me, though, was the level of care and customer service I received. The owner was very hands-on and you can just tell they take pride in their work and truly want their customers to have a positive experience. WORD OF ADVICE PEOPLE - TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I have used many many mechanics in Perth, some are good and expensive, some are cheap and terrible. Workshop city is completely different, you get a level of attention with out a massive price tag. Honest guys with no fluff, they will tell you what you need and won’t rip you off or try give you stuff you don’t need. Quick service, easy communication and just honest guys. They know what they’re looking at, plenty of experience and knowledge. Very convenient location, neat and tidy workshop which is important, nothing worse than walking into a place that’s messy and dirty, if the workshop is clean it shows they take care of your car, Couldn’t recommend the lads enough!
